Chef Jennifer Tidwell is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio where she obtained an Associate of Applied Business in Culinary Arts, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She also possesses a B.S. of Biology and a Master of Public Health. She is a team player who is attentive to detail and produces quality results. In her current role as a Certified Chef, she is responsible for prioritizing, organizing and having great time management skills. She has a talent for identifying and resolving complex issues, problem solving and accepting change. Being a strong operations professional, a focus for Chef Tidwell is to use her scientific background, along with her culinary expertise to fuse her knowledge. This allows for her to prepare for, provide for and educate others about the importance of food and nutrition in our daily lives.
